How can i use a bought boat in GTA V online?
i have bought one but i dont know how to use it.. Should i call any service ?

Call Pegasus, they will deliver your boat to the nearest dock.

Just be prepared to curse, because Pegasus has a very weird definition of "nearest", and tends to place their vehicles on the other side of the town, even when you are near a known spawn point.
