I got 99 products but i think i miss the last one. I lost to much time using map to find the locations, so exist some way to just find the last product? Or i need to check all points to find what i miss?

yeah, unfortunately you will have to either watch a video showing where to find them and figure which one you didn't get, or go visit them again

Chances are that you did get it but it failed to save before you exited the game.

I learned (the hard way) that the best way to do the collectibles is to follow the YouTube guide while tracking each number on a printed map, with markers every time you pause, and checking the count every time you restart.
