I agree thats ironic when lv 38 enter Casino lobby and ask for 20,30 or even 50%...

Back to the discussion... before buff of OG heists(even now i guess) even 20% was nothing compare to 15% of Casino\Cayo. But if person finished all preps(Casino is good example) it's basically 85% of the total work... That person's time should be rewarded, amiright? And dont forget you need insurance on YOUR money from dumb randoms who has no idea what are they doing, how to stealth or hack casino vault. In the end randoms fail hacks\dies\do stupid ♥♥♥♥ because of their inexperience and you lose good amount of money.. i guess this 5% just enough to cover the "carry"

15% can get you 200k-400k depending on the heist and loot. That's decent money for following the leader around which seems to be an impossible task for some people.
I'll give people 15 percent all day if they didn't help me out setting up.
Doomsday Heist act 3 is the only heist that I will offer 25 or more, very difficult and requires a good team.

Lol 20% is a slap in the face. After two solo runs the sub is paid for. And you can't make that much more without people.

If you do heists on the regular then add me, 15 percent just to follow somebody or do their heist is not that big of a deal.

2 players hard mode:

Casino Big con, Casino Silent and sneaky,
Cayo Perico's long fin approach and Act 2 doomsday are all easy modes. The 4 man heist and act 3 require real effort from the player. The doomsday scenario in particular that heist is by far the best heist in the game and most difficult.

15 percent for a Cayo Perico whit elite is an easy 400k, tell me which activity in the game gets you that much for the amount of effort required. Let's say you sell your full coke for 420k (I don't know the new numbers because mc businesses are not worth doing) you may need another person to sell and that person will only get 50k for the sale, The host will get 420k but remove the 75k x amount of times that it took them to get it to fill and the 5 hours to get it to ready.

I could only imagine having another like-minded individual that would do my routine. 2 Cayos every day would net me an extra 800k on top of the 3.2-3.4 million from my heist.

I love to be 15 percent slave, But people in this game may not be into grinding for money. Everyone has their play style and choice of routine.

250-300k for 15 minutes hell yeah... Its 1 mio per hour. if elite is done even better

Yeah if it's a new player, low level, I have no problem helping them out by taking 15%, I honestly dont play the heists for the money at this point anyways.

Help people out, be kind. The GTA:5 community is already toxic enough with the massed amounts of modders and griefers. I'd love to see more people trying to foster goodwill around GTA. Teach people how to finish heists, and give people a fair go. Maybe it'll repay further down the line.

In today’s world, 20% (maybe even 25%) is the new 15% since host doesnt even have to pay much for starting heist.
