Didnt get full Twitch Prime rewards

So I linked all of the stuff together 5 days ago, but only recently (~60 hours ago) got only the money for the penthouse and still no discounts on Scramjet and Shotaro, even though its been said to take 12-48 hours to recieve all bonuses.
Rockstar support was no help at all. What else is there to do besides wait until its over? Any other proper way to contact them?

Try Twitch support (and also Amazon support).
I start a Twitch Prime account (and of course - Amazon account), linked it to Social Club (at least special Social Club window says it connected) and also push on "Claim now" button on Twitch Prime GTA Online Benefits page. BUT! this ♥♥♥♥♥ didn't say "Claimed", it says "Continue to sign-up" which of course direct me to Amazon Prime/Video Prime to make me buy a subcription. I was charged 1 EUR for Amazon Prime (it's all I have on my card at that time) and trying to charge me right after a couple of times (operations was aborted cause card was empty).
July 23, no window in GTA Online about my benefits (free basic penthouse and 1250000$ cash). 48 hours way passed. So I buy a penthouse myself. At Rockstar there is an info which says "bla bla bla, if you done everything right and penthouse still ain't free - buy it and later you can have a 1500000$ rebate for it" (now it says "if window about benefits pop out in game". Or I was not attentive enough, or conditions was tweaked again & again).
As conditions says "linked Twitch Prime bla bla bla before July 19 - you can have a free penthouse and 1250000$ or free penthouse and 250000$ if you do this ♥♥♥♥ after July 19-23.
I was waiting 48 hours again - nothing. I played 30 minutes (as they say), even more than 30 minutes.
So I go to Social Club support, they said "talk with Twitch Prime support so they check my Twitch Prime account if it activated or not. Twitch Prime support said that I need to subcribe Amazon Video Prime (which is 2.99 EUR per month) which activate my Twitch Prime account. They said "Please maintain $2 balance on your card for the twitch authorization, I assure that authorization charge will be re-added to your card". I also have a live chat with Amazon support. So, I drop some money on my card. Amazon Digital charge me (1.94 USD) and right after - give it back to me. I claimed GTA Online reward on Twitch Prime so it says "Claimed".
2 days later I was charged by Amazon Video (2.99 EUR). Still nothing, as it today.
Some info says that I can get my reward on August 1 or a bit later if my Twitch Prime account was "bla bla bla GOOD bla bla bla" at July 28. I'm gonna wait a week (maximum), if reward still doesn't came to me - I will contact R*/Twitch/Amazon support again.
P.S.: I'm very curious about how my benefits gonna look like. Cause if they give me just 250000$ (because of passed deadline, July 19) without a 1500000$ rebate for penthouse (which I already have) - all this stuff with linking Social Club to Twitch Prime and paying 2.99 EUR (Prime Video subscription to activate my Twitch Prime account) is freaking worthless.

When will the Penthouse be made free for purchase in-game? When will I be eligible to receive the extra 10% on game-wide discounts and the exclusive weekly discounts on premium items?

Players that have linked their Social Club and Twitch Prime accounts, claimed their benefits on this page, completed the tutorial in GTA Online if they haven't already, and played for at least 30 minutes by July 19th will be able to purchase the Penthouse for free when it is available on July 23rd. Otherwise, the Penthouse will be made available to purchase for free within 7-10 days of receiving the GTA$250,000 which will occur once your accounts are linked and your benefits have registered.
