Weaponized Tampa there is one plane with rocket can destroy you this car cant take rocket

if you dont have it there is menacer y can steal it

Call a pegasus vehicel when you can. Otherwise stealth isnt that hard and always take out camera first.

Just go up on the hill and snipe it’s very easy that way made it without getting hit once.

Do it silently. Its very easy that way. The enemy is even allowed to fire their loud weapons a short while without triggering the alarm. The most forgiving sneak mission in the game.
