car duping exist since the beginning of the game and R* simply added some rules to reduce income of using this exploit, while it is still possible to earn some easy 6 million every 30h.

again its in code, as in its wrighten in a way where the pc can make sence of the imput ordders now if you think you can understand it i'll offer you the same thing i offered the other guy we can talk about this over discord witch will give you a chance to talk about what your problems are and ask me questions i can share my screens that way and walk you throw it if not, then your worse then what your trying to call me out about im offering you the proof your not taking it so if you want to fine, how is that on me?

By "data mining" I'm guessing you mean one of two things: either you played a lot of games and came to a conclusion, and you're calling that "data mining"; or you've actually delved into the game's code and discovered hard, coded evidence that the casino is intentionally rigged to screw players over if they manage to win 100k or more.

If it's the latter I'm going to need to see evidence which, if you really "data mined" it, should be quite easy to provide and impossible to refute.

you cant edit the file at all with out the game not letting you play online, im guessing they did this as a way to stop form doing that, and im also thinking that probably Flags you to the devs not sure on that fornt havent tested it nor do i want to in case that is the case
