gta mobile phone notification spam

since 2 days i get all few minutes a notification to "go on "b****cheat.com" gta cheats!"
wtf is happening there? is this legit rockstar message does they tell me to buy there own cheats?
or does in the future everyone spams the gta mobile phone with there own notifications.
