No cops in prologue!

I want to play GTA Online, to play GTA online, I need to do the prologue, but when I do the mission in prologue, I opening an exit, there is bag that there is no cops and I can't complete the mission. Do you have an Idea how to fix it?

By chance added any mods? Remove'm.

Else, I'd rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files, browse.
Enable viewing of file extensions.
Delete anything NOT a .rpf AND NOT a folder.
Rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files, verify integrity of game files.
Try again.

Or, just go download a save past that point - drop it in the proper folder, and go online.
(though I'd still do the above instructions for good measure... no cops = something's wrong)

edit - just to state it again - verify integrity of game files.
if you deleted anything from the gtav folder - verify integrity of game files.
you see what i said above in what order? delete files, verify integrity of game files.

If you still have problems - we could probably do something like checksum/md5 your files and compare them to mine (which are perfectly fine -.-), and see if there is any differences - then manually delete them specifically, and try again. Steam verify does not always work properly. Though, I'd probably want your launcher.log and a screenshot of the gta5 game folder before I do anything. You'd also have to add me - won't be going back/forth via posts for that.

If you deleted files and didn't verify integrity you did it wrong.

So you.. pressed skip, instead of reading the rest of my post on how to verify your files are correct - or you.. did that part, didn't answer the question, and tried to skip in the mission? Are you even playing on a steam copy of the game (despite the mouse icon)?

Did you, or did you not verify the integrity of the game. I do not care if you do or do not have extra files (if you do the instructions I gave). Do you know how many times I've been told that in the last 6+ years - and spun my wheels for hours/days - only to finally find out - dun dun dun - there were. Regardless - based on your info -

No extra files. Ok, no mods.
Next paragraph. Was it done or not? If you did not verify cache - /goodluck.
If you did and still continue to not answer questions - also /goodluck.

You shouldn't be deleting anything. Verify the integrity of the game files through Steam.
