Which business should I buy next?

I am relatively new to gta online. I already own a meth lab.

Basically, I am looking at getting my next business and not sure what one to get next.

While I am working throughout the day in real life, I have gta online running on my steam deck so I can still make product and I am looking for a business that will still make product while I do this.

I was thinking about getting the bunker next but I am not entirely sure how it works. What would you recommend?

save 2.2 million for submarine on warstock, prep cayo perico heist, grind it, make sure to have friends help you deliver for other companies in safe session watch players before committing to said action, they don't get dirt for destroying a half a million delivery product for a sale or an over a million dollar bunker delivery.

not in correct order of earnings but close to it, 2 friends are needed to make it less difficult,
The online risks, people who need money but want to fight so they dont get invited to heists and waste peoples time and don't help ruining their chances of earning money thats their own fault

Pay the people well with the cayo perico heist for helping you deliver and refer to a guide on heist to scope for intel in a short time, it can take as little as less than a hour and a half to have cayo heist prepped alone vs buying an arcade and prepping casino heist alone, don't waste more than 4 hours prepping casino heist and waiting for people that will fail you or give up over something they can or can't do.

SO i have never done cayo perico heist.. can it ''passively'' make money? i.e. letting it run on my computer while i work?

The average company for drugs can or will get raided, The bunker is the worst one to get raided, giving you limited time to get product back.

The cayo perico heist is not passive, your best option would be night club and buying the upgrades and drug companies, along with the bunker, so you can source product and deliver alone at a safe time for nightclub.

No. Cayo you will have to actually run the heist but it is the best payout.

On the flip side, the MC business are the absolute worst. It is a waste of time and money - that's unless you have the Nightclub. But getting the Nightclub warehouses to fill with stock can take f-o-r-e-v-e-r. Plus buying the necessary MC business, plus the Nightclub, plus the Nightclub warehouse upgrades can get expensive.

I personally would do a Bunker and run guns. Buy all the production upgrades and always buy your supplies. Always sell to Los Santos for the best payout. And get the Chumash bunker, as it is closest to Los Santos.

Overall, it all depends on what kind of time you're willing to spend. The Bunker is kind of a short wait while the Nightclub is a rather long one.

IF you have a ceo office and really good at driving, a car warehouse would be in your sights, you can earn about over 1 million in 2 hours but the risk is so high on failure, you will lose money and its not passive enough and requires constant work like crates.

I was thinking of buying the nightclub anyways since I think i need it for the terrorbyte.. so buying the night club might be a better option

Sub, Nightclub. Import/Export, Bunker, Bikers. Buy supplies when on sale, not normally, and tick it over. Don't run stuff on a busy server, Use a quiet server for I/E and bunker. Nightclub is passive, Bikers are partly passive. Also, you WILL get crashed more if you use Oppressor Mk 2, even if doing missions on it.

I will get crashed more as in people killing me? I don't have the Opressor Mk2 yet but thats honestly the whole reason I am trying to make money and buy the terrorbyte is so I can get that and upgrade it. I wouldn't be using it to kill players just to run missions easier
