Auto Shop Staff Cant Drive
Every time I have staff deliver a car they damage it and I get a message saying I need to talk to staff. How do I do that? How do I get them to drive better? Is it even possible or are they just gonna damage it every time?

No you can't and the staff will nearly always crash the cars also there is a slim chance that they will deliver the car with 0 damages. For the most part if you want money from the deliveries its best if you do it.

That's why I haven't hired staff. Besides damaging the cars they just stand around doing nothing.
Unfortunately I am an idiot and hired all of them.

Better of doing the mini heist instead of selling cars

Can I do it by myself? Havent played in about a year. Not sure what a mini heist is. I am down tho if I can do it solo.

As said, we can talk to the staff or increase their ability to drive. I just have the staff drive the the low payout cars.

Any cars that have a payout of 20,000, I give to staff; when there's no choice, I give the 35,000 payout cars to staff. It's pretty rare that I have two 50,000 cars in the garage at the same time, so I don't mind letting staff drive one, if it ever comes to that.

Too bad you missed out on last week's business bonuses on the Auto Shop...which is about the only time I bother with this property anymore.

The-absolute-worst-decisions I ever made was getting a second lift and hiring help. Nothing but a waste of money. Kinda wished I could whip out my baseball bat and bust the guy's kneecaps every time he scuffs a customer's ride.

Indeed,

I'm actually thinking of selling my current shop, to open a new shop without a second lift. I may still have a staff member, for the sake of an npc present in the shop, but they'll never do any deliveries.

Lmao, me too. Sometimes I just repeatedly run into them when they are just standing there. Does nothing physically but mentally it feels great.

Sometimes it hurts to be this dumb. I never thought to trade in my auto shop. I can get a cheaper one AND get rid of the worthless staff. Awesome. Thanks.

No prob again and yep, I bought a new shop. I wanted to change the location anyways.

Keep in mind that you will need the full price of the shop as well as money for any upgrades that you want to do. After you buy the shop, you will get the trade-in price for your current shop.
