Can't Replay the Mission "Masks."

Hey everyone!

Okay, I played the game extensively on PS3 and now I am playing on the PC. I got my 100% completion, and now I am, going through all the mission replays to get Gold.

But I am stuck on the mission "Masks." Every time I try to replay it for the easy Gold, the game materializes my character right in front of the masks store on the boardwalk, and for a very brief time, less than a second, I have control over him. But then immediately, every time, I get the message:

"Mission Failed: Unable to purchase the required masks."

I have tried:

-Closing and restarting the game
-Going at different times of day (figuring maybe the store was closed the times I first tried it)
-Switching to other characters. But whether going as Franklin, Michael, or Trevor, the result is always the same.
-Also, I tried driving to the actual store and then doing Mission Replay from there.

Any idea what's going on and if there is a workaround for this?

I would NEVER be stupid enough to choose a mask of your mother's face. That would melt my monitor.

Anyway, I would LOVE an actual answer to my question if anyone knows what's really going on here.

Submit it as a bug report at http://rsg.ms/support since that obviously shouldn't be happening. Been hearing quite a bit about story mode and gameplay bugs related to the Bikers update.

I did submit it. Someone from Rockstar posted what sounded like some form response with a website instructions that was obviously meant for people who cannot get the game running r have poor performance with machines that should have good performance. Clearly the goon who responded to me didn't read or understand my question. As this is only some kind of a glitch effecting one mission and the game otherwise is perfect.

It was most likely an automated response, but at least you got that done.

Yeah, you might need a save editor for that.

Wow I NEVER thought of that. I actually have a save editor laying around I never really use except to mess around with. It's XB36Hazard's, GTA Save Editor. I loaded it up, snagged the save, ticked off the missing objective from Masks, and that, as they sy, is that!
