No, you better get out of here and never look back. You are not needed in GTA 5 with this outdated system if you can call it that. You can't play this game on a laptop because playing videogames on a laptop is way under what you would call "decent" by any standard. Are you a decent person? If so, you shouldn't put yourself into constraints of non-decency by limiting your experience with low graphics and FPS. And if you would go to Online like that you would only bring the session down network wise for other players. Don't even think to go there. Instead, ask your parents, your mother, your relatives to get you a low-end computer system just you can play GTA 5. Obviously, judging by your laptop you don't have much money, so you shouldn't really hold your breath for a better experience. If none of that works, leave Steam and learn how to read at least.
But do i have 2gb total video memory?
Btw i run gta IV high quality (not very high)
Don't make me laugh. No, no. Just no, just put it away, set it aside. You seem to forget a critical part - you are not watching, you are playing. Well you don't, but other people do. You want to be like other people? Get to work and earn some money. Don't look for an easy way. Your "cinematic" experience won't get you far into the game. However, if your standards are that low... You'll have to endure. Children from kindergarten play videogames like that, so you shouldn't have a problem there...
just check the minimum requirements on respective store pages
IV was released in 2008 while V was released on PC in 2015...
So story mode might work and be playable, but forget about online mode.
It means that 2GB of your 8GB of RAM are going to be used for graphics.

If the game was playable back at xbox 360 with 30fps, I dont see problem playing it with gamepad and aim assist.
It's aquestion of personal preference.
The original GTA 5 was targeted and optimized for 30fps, so especially in story mode even 25 fps is fine and playable.
Sure, once you get a hang on 60+ fps, it feels odd playing back at 30fps again, but nevertheless the game works fine with that fps.
