Hydra vs Lazer

So, i don't have experience using any of those.
Why does the lazer costs 6.5M when hydra only 3? i mean the hydra obviously looks cooler

The first plane i bought is the f-22, now im looking for a plane that can intercept enemy jets before they get to friend's cargo.

The hydra is a bit slower and takes longer to gain speed. They both have the same weapons (explosive canons and rockets). But really the only difference is 1 has vtol and the other one doesn't (hydra does and lazer doesn't)

The real question is - why pay a 6.5 mil $ for a jet if you can find it for free in Zancudo? :D

Hydra will be i guess.... since if im protecting someone's cargo i'll be already flying around on top speed when the dogfight starts

hydra is the worst Attack aircraft in-game. Everything else does what it can do better. The Pyro and Rustler can Outmaneuver it, The Rogue is better for ground attack. The Lazer can Take off and reach full speed faster than the Hydra's VTOL and launch. And the Pyro is faster.

The only Advantage the Hydra has is those Explosive rounds and tight convergence. If not for that, It would be a completely useless jet.

I would use my F-22 i like using non explossive rounds in this plane, but those bullets won't prevent someone going kamikaze on an hydra trying to explode themself with the cargo XD

timewaste to invest in a lazer for dogfights
isn't it all about stirling and pyro, both will outperform lazer and hydra when it comes to flying close circles until the less agile plane dies

Damn right! I recently bought Hangar business and for the first time I bought a second bedroom and before getting the Hangar. I always had Del Perro apartment from the beginning and never have changed. Now that spawn in Fort Zancudo military base, if I'm tired of my Hydra, I simply hijack any military airplane there.
