can the akula helicoptor be summoned?

As stated above, You can summon it as a personal vehicle from the vehicle menu.

It doesnt spawn right next to you like the CEO Buzzard tho. In the city, it usually spawns in one of the drainage canals, or if its closer: The del Perro/Vespucci beach, airport, El Burro, or Elysian island. Theres probably some spot I missed, but it surely isnt limited to just helipads.

Outside the city pretty much any field seems to do fine as a spawning site. I'm betting the Hunter is exactly the same.

you are almost right akula and hunter and i gues other hangar vehicles spawns not next to you like personal vehicle or ceo vehicle they spawn in nearbyest large enouh spot for then if you will doo request in beach or in airport it may spawn right next to you didnt test it on hills desert ect but workedon beach and worked in airports spawn next to me :)

You can re-spawn it way closer if you enter nearest job circle and quit back (any random invite from a contact will do too)
