when i had windows 7 everything was ok , now i upgraded to windows 10 and appeared this error : nat type detection failed udp may be blocked , and that means that i cant play online , i asked for a refound but too late , someone please help me to resolve the problem *thx*
i allowed gta through windows defender , firewall , and my antivirus

this, check that windows defender (and/or your antivirus) isnt blocking gta and check if windows firewall also isnt blocking the game

Does the game support Universal Plug & Play? If so, check that it is available and enabled in your router.
