What is the skeleton with the map?

I accidentally found this skeleton and then it disappeared because some player teleported to me and killed me in a strange way. I think it was a cheater but it's funny that he only killed me from the whole session after I screenshoted skeleton.

It is a mental detector and some money. Plus a map to hidden money on the CAYRO perico ISLAND. This will spawn randomly on the main land and you can collect the MENTAL DETECTOR first time around and further spawning will net you $9,000+ and down to a low $5,000+. But if you enter a new session and I mean you log back in, you will get $9.000+ it resets it self. Just keep checking the edge of water for it to spawn

No worries, just scan the coast and the edge of water areas by the docks
