Submarine mission bug?

Hello, When i'm playing the mission in gta 5 with trevor, you need to steal a submarine. With the submarine you need to go to pier 400 where Floyd is gonna pick you up with a crane. But in my game there isn't a crane on the point where i need to be. When i go in to the yellow circle there just nothing happents. The submarine just won't be picked up by Floyd. What can i do? I'm stuck here.

You need to stand still under the crane, preferably on the water. I completed those missions with gold. There isn't supposed to be a bug.

I dit watch the Walkthrough, but by the YouTuber i watched, he did exactly the same as i. But when he enters the yellow cricle the crane picks him up, the crane won't pick me up.
