How to change primary GTA Online residence?

So I bought a 25k starter garage, but now I have bought a second property as I have gained more money, the problem is that all my cars are in my new apartment but the game keeps spawning me in my pos garage, how do I change my primary residence? So I start up in my apartment everytime?
