GTA 5. Where does the obey tailgater spawn? (Talking about Story Mode)

Hey guys. So I just want to ask! Where does the obey tailgater (Michael`s personal vehicle) spawn oftenly spawn? I searched on Google. But all it says was on vespucci beach. (On the parking lot)
Because i`m using Franklin. And I wanna use the tailgater.
Any help homies?

I only know 2 places, but they maybe online only, I think. The Marina parking lot in La Puerta(sp) and the parking lot right across from where the "Rooftop Rumble" garage is. They may still spawn them in SP ... but i havent tried it in years.

Oh ok , thanks. I might see in the Marina parking lot in La Puerta.
Not sure if it spawns there
