Unable to use my Purchased Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack on Steam

I bought GTA V in the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack back in 2020 and I only recently actually played GTA V and when I went to Online. I had no rewards or anything from purchasing that pack.

It takes a while before it's available. Apart from the million bucks it's not that apparent when it drops because it's basically businesses and cars that you still have to actively go purchase, but they are free.

If it isn't available after a few hours of playing I'd contact Rockstar support.

You'd be better off just going to play. Your achievements don't show you having any level at all for your online character. Purchasing it back in 2020 doesn't mean much if you never technically went online to trigger the scripts/process to add it. And more info -

You have to reach at least level 5 for the properties to be able to claim them. And I would avoid the free bunker like the plague it's the furthest one from the city so it's by far the worst one for selling AND the ammu-nation deliveries.

I think you need to reach level 5 and wait a call from Simeon. If he doesn't call, go to any store, buy snacks, wait there for one or two minutes. After he calls you should be able to get all your free stuff.

no bro just click the online tab go to the criminal enterprise box it will have links to everything u get for free... like the cars, the bunker, and more just follow the links from there in game.

I don't think it works like that. It gives you links with the general idea where to get stuff, but you still need to visit some places in the game, like the clothing store for unlocked free clothes, the in game phone to access the websites with cars and properties and the Ammu Nation store for getting weapons. The links themselves won't give you these things, only tell you the places to go.

What rank are you? If you did the tutorial phase, then you should be around rank 3 or 4, so do some other stuff, like a store robbery, or two, that should help you rank more (evading 2* police isn't that hard actually), when you reach rank 5, you'll get a call about properties, that's when you can check out, if they are actually available as part of the pack. Get up your character's phone, go to the web and look for the Dynasty 8 site, use some filters to check out the free garage at the airport (should be listed as Exceptionalist Way or something, it's a 10 car garage, a good thing for starters). If it's there, the pack is active and the 1 mega bucks should drop in next 72 hours (probably sooner). If it doesn't happen, go contact R* support.

if u check the paus emenu for online you shoudl see a button with the dlcs name onit andit iwll giveu allt he stuff if uclick on it and clamin the thingsin side of it also some of the stuff in it mus tbe clmains frmo the maze bank site in game or houseing
