Those who have it, yes, usually resolve such bugs with invite only and inviting all players to it before hosting. And it can apply to every other heist, not just doomsday.
What I think causes it is taking out the last few guards too quickly. Subsequent attempts where we went extra slow, allowed the enemies to run out, take up their preset defensive positions and shout a few lines didn't cause this problem. But I can't claim to have done that mission enough times to know for sure whether that's actually the problem.
you always know when the mission is bugged when the 2 guards don't come out of the room that ULP is in.
