rockstar support sucks
a modder removed all of my assault rifles i can see or use them anymore and now when i go to amunation it says i have to re buy everything.
i told rockstar support about it gave screen shots and all the info (when they were removed etc) and they instantly marked it resolved and did nothing to fix it their response

prove to me that modders can remove items that at all. what items can modders remove from your account?

There is a steal weapons option on most menus unfortunately. Actually one of the more rare used methods they choose to grief with oddly.

pretty sure if you restart the game anything a modder can do will return to its normal state.
unless you bought the guns again, then you cant' do much about it.

Words cannot even describe how absolutely useless support is in correcting any issue you will have with the hacker infested joke of an online.

sounds more like you got all the guns from a modder at one time and then they removed it and it stuck because you didn't really own them. I have a lot of guns on my profile but i never bought any of them since modders could give weapons. not really heard of removal of actual purchased items before.

Disable custom weapons loadout in interaction menu.
If weapons still don't appear then probably they were randomly given by cheaters in the first place.

not true. you're often correct in the posts i've seen, but we can all be wrong sometimes, even myself.

like money, your guns/ammunition are stored server side. collectibles and many other things are as well. these things can't be undone without support. and they are absolutely useless.

i had a modder on ps3 give me all guns and 9999 ammo in 2014ish, i still have that today on PC after a character swap years ago. every new gun i buy also gets 9999 except the mk2 weapons. i have never looked into modding, but i assume they push a 'transaction' that adds garbage to the database. i literally always have 9999 remaining, even after reloading.

so did i but we are talking about removal of purchased items that are flagged server side. i too was given every gun in 2015 and i still have them all. if i do buzzard baeter that willl probably get rid of most of them. they are listed on my profile too as owned even though i dont.

again i was talking about removal of purchased items.

It doesn't really matter what you have set to show. Sometimes it just gets bugged. So boot up the game and disable the custom loadout (it's enabled by default and gets enabled each time you start the game).

I've gotten pretty fed up with how Rockstar is handling the modders (or not handling them at all) -- so I basically only play invite-only sessions. I used to spend a considerable amount of time helping new players in the public sessions, too, so I guess I see the dynamic of why GTA Online's public sessions are so toxic and hack-heavy.

I can make a ton of money playing in my invite-only session, and I never have to worry about getting griefed with hacks. I mostly enjoy playing now.

I honestly highly recommend against public sessions. This game really blows for new players, because they're left to the hacking wolves. I played GTA since the first release, and every GTA game since. When I finally started GTA Online, it was brutal trying to find people to play with and trying to get anything done with the relentless griefing. I stopped playing numerous times.

Invite-only is currently the only reasonable way to play this game.

i get you hate modders but this likely wasn't due to a modders actions.

no offense but i already answered this custom loadouts is not enabled, my game has been reset many times and its been checked many times. my guns were not added to my account by a modder i bought them myself a long time ago.
literately the only thing that needs to happen to fix it is for rockstar support not to be so insanely useless. the fix and problem are not on my end i can't do anything about it. they have screen shots of them being gone screenshots of my having them a video of amu nation before and after can't give them much more

You don't need to enable it. It's always enabled by default whenever you restart the game etc. So have you tried actually disabling or not?
Or even better, go to any of the lockers and make a screenshot of rifles section.
