I often get long loading times when trying to access various property in populated gta online sessions, sometimes the game just totally sticks on entering casino.
The reason for this is, the session you are in contains modders who's scripts are blocking or slowing down features of the session.
If you make an invite only session and try to access any garage, you will get in within a few seconds.
I personally don't own the casino garage yet, I will just assume your having the same problem i get when driving into my auto shop, or various other garages, or walking into a casino when i am in a populated online session.
To resolve this issue as it happens in an online session, you can tab out of gta and open the resource monitor feature in windows (type resmon in the run command box), click network wait a moment for gtav process to appear and pause the gtav process for several seconds, then unpause and tab back to the game.
You should now be in your garage and seeing everyone in the session disconnecting.
Your session will now be an unlisted empty public session, when you bring another player in, the session will become listed again and random players will gradually start to join.
Hope that helps.
avoid public sessions
i always had a feeling it was the modders :)
