same place as your asi's.
the scripts folder tends to mainly hold other dll's.
try moving the scripthook out of the scripts folder.
should work. (not unless the system has changed)
(fivem uses its own directory so i dont think you even need scripthook or any mods at all in your gta5 folder. iirc)
it sounds like you have 'co-op for sp' or whatever its called.
(i still dont think the scripthook goes in the script folder though. at least not the last time i checked)
