what are you talking about?

I mean modified with "Tuned or Upgraded" it

I'm saying he cheated the car into the game. Something most Youtubers do.

It is not available yet.

Either the Tuber or a friend of the Tuber is a Modder. Depending on what menu they use, Modders have been able to spawn both released and unreleased vehicles since the dawn of GTA.

aye then, thank you lads

Yeah, he did a video about a week ago comparing all the cars from the latest DLC, including the unreleased ones. Broughy does the same to check out upcoming cars, using FiveM I think, but doesn't rank them until they're formally released in case the handling and other things get revised.

I think R* needs a "rental" option so newer players can access the more expensive vehicles for one in-game day (48min real-time). Players could also use this option to test-drive cars before spending so much money on them.

Nah, think before you buy.

I do think a rental option would be nice, but not for the full day. Maybe a couple of hours or so (~5 minutes real time.) Saying "think before you buy" is all very well, but getting a chance to test-drive a car before you buy it would help.

It's also be nice if the chop shop would let you preview all your changes before charging you, rather than having to pay for each one sequentially.

I never had troubles with the vehicles i bought, i love every singe vehicle (I've bought) well, it was just 2 civilan vehicles out of 30 (and more weaponized vehicles) but hey. Bought a few helicopters and what can i say. I am not displeased with what i got.
And why?
Well because i watched some 3-7 Minute review on youtube and set a goal to grind for the Vehicle.
When i have enough money for the Vehicle i've set a goal to, i dont think about "do i want it after the grind" and yes. Make yourself a plan which vehicles you want and which vehicles you dont want.

For example, i bought the RCV and why? Beause i've set it as a goal to myself and even though its bad. I still wanted it.

If you're looking just for perfomance, its not hard to open up your browser and search for it in the Internet, then buy it.

Yet it's not the same as actually driving it for yourself. Would you buy a vehicle in real life without test-driving it? Or, if you're not old enough (no clue if you are, before you take offense) ask your parents if they would.

Of course not.

Never mind, brick wall, yada-yada.

You can just start a race and select the car to test drive it. Doesn't include the increased performance but it's still good enough to give you a general idea.

Pyrerealm uses single player mod to spawn one.

This.

I use the same race for all new cars. Sometimes I race one of my favorire cars in stock after i drove around the new one. Just to make a fair comperisment.
