spawing MP cars in SP game

does anyone know the mod/tool that lets you spawn MP vehicles in the SP game? I forget the name of the mod, but you push the tilde (~) key and a little window pops up where you type the name of the vehicle you want to spawn. I need to see if a newer version exists, because GTA V had an update weeks ago, then ScriptHook got updated, so my SP trainer works, but my vehicle spawner doesn't... thanks for any assistance :)

The mod you wanted has not been updated

It keeps already spawned mp vehicles but you can't spawn vehicles any longer with it.

thanks guys. and yes i already use simple trainer, and didnt realize you could spawn mp vehicles. kind of a pain that you have to type in the model name (like the mp spawn mod) considering the sp vehicle are all listed by category.
