Edit - now it has been updated.
I mean Rockstar could you just block from playing online if they find mods on your system.
Or block you all together, even with harmless singleplayer mods.

Otherwise - need more info. It isn't rocket science to update scripthook. As long as you understand/aren't extracting folders and the new ones going into wrong places, or your browser isn't failing to download due to security concerns, you don't notice it, and you are just using whatever is still 'in' the downloads folder.. etc etc.
And of course - whatever version of gtav you are on (and aren't trying to run multiple copies, not running from default install, etc -.-). Like I said - details. Hell, even screenshots of folders.
