Any sort of ban by using native/menyoo trainer only in single player?

Hello. I played GTA V many years ago on old-gen consoles and now I want to play on PC. I saw on GTA wiki that most DLC vehicles cannot be acquired in single player, what is such a shame and kinda stops me from buying the same game second time... So I think that I will download trainer (native or menyoo) and use it just to have fun. I'm not rather interested about GTA Online to be honest (or shark cards, grinding to get cars etc.), but I'm afraid about possible ban on Steam. Can I get it just only for using Native/Menyoo trainer? Can I get VAC ban on my accont just for that, especially if anti-cheat detect it as CS:GO cheat (if is this even possible)? I have many games and items here so risking it all just to have fun in one game is pointless. What do you think?

Been modding storymode on/off since mid 2015. You won't get a VAC on steam for using scripthook/menytoo/enhanced native trainer/openiv/dlc car spawners etc for modding gtav storymode. I would shy from any tools that require launching before/after the game starts, memory edits/injectors - especially for storymode. Those things- you don't want to forget about / possibly leave running in background and possibly trigger something.

@Grek - why "lmao"? I prefer single player mode, especially in huge, open world games like GTA. I played GTA Online before and I thought "nahh... not for me".

#psykoteky - thanks! I don't want to mod this game or use "strange" tools you told me about, just only Native/Menyoo trainer. So it's completely safe to use it, right?

Yes, I know that GTA V don't have VAC. But I am really afraid about fact, that maybe CS:GO detect trainer as cheat - for some reason, lol. I heard about false detections causing VAC ban and I'm little scared because you can't refer and cancel this one if happens. So potentially ruining "green" account with many games and items is not looking good. Maybe I am too paranoid, but I am here more than 10 years and I want to keep clear, safe account without any bans/restrictions

just cuz you get a ban doesn't make it a legit ban, you can appeal bans that are in the wrong. menyoo is a sp mod for sp modding applciations and is allowed by rockstar. there is nothing wrong with it.
