Rockstar Support & 32:9 Monitors

Rockstar Support is an utter desaster. Just tried to contact them about the missing support for 32:9 resolutions, and these fools don't get that their own product doesn't support that resolution. I told them repeatedly what the problem is and asked whether there are any whitelisted apps we could use to fix this (as I don't want to get banned from GTA Online over such nonsense, when others ACTUALLY cheat and don't get banned), but they insist it would work if I reinstalled the game. Anyone want to bet it won't? ;)
If you are experiencing the same issue, please help me flood their support with requests so they finally have enough and offer a solution. I know I'm not the only one, and the game's age is no acceptable excuse (after all, it's not like they no longer charge for microtransactions and for the game itself, and in addition other, older games work with 32:9 flawlessly).
This format is also growing in popularity, and I can't imagine it being too difficult to fix if there are various free apps out there that can do it for GTAV and multiple other games (but Rockstar doesn't allow them online, according to various players). Why punish people for fixing an issue they can't be bothered to fix?!? This is BS.

Be that as it may, it was released in 2015, and they still charge for both game and microtransactions. I just want them to offer a fix to solve this, or at least whitelist one app of their choice that allows users to solve it themselves. But it's ridiculous to ban people for having to solve a problem they created, when actual cheating is rampant on all their online releases.

R* isn't really known for quick chances, but if you find enough people with similiar issue you might get a solution

while the 32:9 ui fix mod already exists since 2020, less than 1k downloads, while 80k playing every day
vs something like the most popular sp modmenu with 10million downloads.

other companies listened to their playerbase and added at least 21:9 support like capcom on demand, but the 32:9 community is even tinier.

just keeo making noice and someone might listen, hotfix for an issue with super old laptop where their vram was falsely calculated got a pretty fast solution for R* standards

you can also play on fivem, where mods are allowed and nobody will ban for any ui fixes
but aware it is also a not supported online alternative and might risk a ban of you sc acc, while never happened in the past, but R* has the option to do so.
gta5 acc aren't so expensive nowadays anymore so it isn't a problem to simply use a second one if you don't want to risk your progress on the main acc.

Thanks for the kind reply. I may try the mod version once the "original" servers go offline, but as of now I just want it to work. If Far Cry 4 (2014) and World of Warships (2015) can deal with that resolution, why not GTAV? It's not like I'm asking for LA Noire, Max Payne 3 or some other comparatively small title to have some major changes to adapt to new systems. Thanks for the advice. :)
