edit - if you are really impatient, there are youtube vids/links floating around with directions on how to downgrade/rollback and even provide 'files' - and the risk involved.

You can either delete your files you replaced (update.rpf, gtav.exe, etc; preferably back then up in case) then verify your files, it should install the newest update and then just update your mods and insert the updated script hook

anyone know where i can find a version of RAGEPlugin Hook that supports version 2545 of gta 5? if not then i have to wait

^ The last version (not the most recent/updated version) of lspdfr would have it. They've been packing a working rph with lspdfr releases for a bit now (assuming you have 2545 compatible version of lspdfr already). Bout it, they really don't like people distributing it/old copies.
