Gta green screen error
when i try to open gta after it goes through its normal thing with the cop cars and stuff when it gets to the loading screen it justs turns green and gives me the error "ERR_FIL_PACK_3" what do i do to fix this?

Verify cache (rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files, verify integrity)-
Remove mods? Delete 'mods' folder? Reinstall gpu drivers? More details?
