Whenever they deliver the car they ♥♥♥♥ it up so you always receive less than what you should if you deliver it yourself, but at least you not wasting time with extra missions, you send 2 slaves to deliver 2 vehicles while you can do something else.
You get all car customizations done at a discount. So there's that.
Plus, all autoshop missions, including delivery missions, earn points towards your LS Car Meet level. Even if you don't care about that, getting that level up gives you big discounts on some vehicles.
To answer the original question... no, staff not worth it. Plus having staff may be linked to the undeliverable-car-stuck-in-the-autoshop bug.
Ah. I see. I stopped playing GTAO in May then came back on Dec for the contract update only for my GPU to crash after a hr of play.
