It's less cartoony than the old GTA games, but not to the point of depression like GTA 4 was. Personally, I think having 3 "main" characters was a colossal mistake. You end up not really caring about any of them.
of course this game single player is very very good.better graphics and everything is better. online is offer u many stuff.if u have friends to play online it will be more fun.many things to do.
As well as being killed many times by griefers and destroying cargo sales, have game crashed by kiddies with cheat menus (or even have modded money forcibly dropped on you against your will), overpowered AI with perfect accuracy and servers constantly bugging out.
The latter has that 1980s Miami Vice retro setting with all the classic vehicles and music, something which they have not repeated yet (except for the console-only Vice City Stories spin-off game).
I personally disliked the idea that cops throw spikes in front of your car in 3 stars wanted system in Vice City.
