Not added purchased DLC and bundle pack with money, what to do? How do I activate them? Bought in Steam

Others say level 5, or say up to 72 hours - there is some variance in delivery.

There is even livechat and phonecall back available (usually, unless near/around on holidays, etc - like... whatever -.-).

Basically - go play the game. You don't 'activate it' - it comes with the 'premium' gtav purchase (and is for online). You 'have' it, you 'will be eligible' for the stuff from it when you meet whatever req's. Some stuff 'might' be immediately free on the various phone/internet/store pages. You'll also get notifications on your phone ingame when stuff is available. I recently went through this on a new account and I didn't get the ingame notification for the free items til about an hour of playing - obviously this may vary. Also 'obvious' don't buy premium gtav, and try to buy another CESP - likely won't work, or won't provide you anything.

*there are also reports of disabling/enabling the dlc to speed it up. there have also been many in the past stating having done that and no results. Verifying your game files is nonsense too. Feel free to try though, AFTER you've gone ingame -.-, a verify of game files is much faster than contacting R* support. YMMV/coincidentally - since obviously.... the clock... is still ticking..,while doing this... and it is 'waiting' as said (ignoring the obvious spans of time between question/post and test -.-). And, spastic people have done the dlc disable/enable, verify, and even uninstalled/reinstalled (this is silly) - and not got it. Again, remember the timer is 'still ticking' while you jump through all these hoops.

Been there - done that. Didn't work. I had to wait. May obviously still work for someone that 'logged into' the game (started the timer), left, came back later, and wanted to access the stuff before notifications arrived. The joy of steam purchases, payment methods, verification/processing, and even delays in said things.

As for the money -
The GTA$1,000,000 included with the pack can take up to 3-10 days to arrive to the account.

CESP does nothing if you are a 'second owner' - meaning you already purchased it once - but are now 'buying it again' via another copy but linked to the same social club account -

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game does absolutely nothing for you. Since R* quit selling the 'standard' edition and is only selling 'premium' editions - the CESP is tied to your account at steam/R*'s end. You've already downloaded all the files necessary. There really is nothing you can do but wait - anything else that 'worked' is woefully coincidental short of contacting R* and they 'apply' it faster (if they even can/will). This includes some common claims of restarting steam as a 'fix' but still leaves too many variables unaccounted for (including those not on steam versions -.-).
