I wonder if this works? or if it is still same as with the old hybrid 4g router
the magic word is 5g, so you are using a mobile contract, which normally always locks you behind strict nat

don't know if 5g behave different than 4g but port forwarding is normally only related to the dsl port while your mobile internet port stay locked, some routers had an option of dmz, which opened all ports and also worked for the mobile internet but it makes you to a highly vulnerable target. It would be nice if developer improved their software but i doubt it.

This was my experience with annoying mobile internet contracts. you need a good contract with the right hardware.

Thanks but i have tried I think every thing, dmz, upnp.etc... but didnt work. i called my ISP and they said the ISP is not blocking any online gaming
So they use a carrier grade NAT that blocks lower ports, so anything through cellphone or sim card, will have certain ports blocks below a certain range. A static IP through your carrier may open these, but that can be expensive. Your best option at this point is to use a VPN that allows you to turn off your NAT firewall. I use Vyper VPN and it's cheap. they do free trials also. But VPN has to have the option to turn off NAT. that is your best option really.

There should be another section for port forwarding . The Facebook pic you posted is a section to " add a virtual server "
Yeah but it's port forwarding options are limited to "cylindrical" and "cone"
thats it. because it's through mobile, it will have some lower ports blocked. he would need to add a seperate router to do port forwarding, but still lower ports would be blocked. It may open higher end ports which could help. he should be able to get moderate with that setup, but cheaper to use a VPN

It is what low tier support service employees always tell... they have their scripts and if you are lucky you sometimes get one who has a little bit more experience into it.

i went through this nonsense multiple times, started with 3g and horibble ping around 360ms, than 4g with acceptable 60ms. tested multiple contracts and you can get every crap from shared ip to static ip etc... pain in the arse to test this stuff, because nobody talks truth about it.

Port forwarding and virtual server is a similer thing, there is no other section
