If you want a challenge, play with an XBO/PS4 controller and set the in-game Controller Aim Mode to "Free Aim"

Thanks bro for being the ONLY person to help me. I am going to try to the realistic health mod.
If at any time you do decide to play the GTA ONLINE; then ensure all Mods get disabled and that any scripthook files gets moved to a different folder so that its not possible for R* to see that you are using mods when loading up GTA Online. They do not care if you mod Story Mode though.
If you apply realism or game-changing mods that are basically a full game over-haul of how it plays, it will be best to backup a saved game that never used mods, as a fall-back plan. Then once such mods are active, start a new game.
