Minigun before level 120

Hello! I saw that the facility has a minigun in the security room. I want to know if that minigun spawns/can be picked up before level 120 by the owner of the facility. As far as i know a guest won't be able to pick it. It should be similar to the weapons on the yacht. Can the minigun, if picked up before level 120, used in heists? Also i would like to hear from under level 120 players that own a facility with a security room.

Its only 100 shots, and its taking a while till next one arrive, yeah before I was level 120 I could it pick up in security room (facility), but as soon as you change session its gonna be zero bullets.
