Sporting Goods (Bunker)
and last but not least, Counterfeit Cash, Coke, and Meth.
(you complain about the grind, yea it's anoying - but do it propperly and you only do it once - after it you have choices and make money in the background!)
Edit:
Also get Cash&Meth too as they add up to your profits, so if i read wrong and you don't have them already (i read ot so that you have them but asking if you should aquire stuff to source them in the nightclub or upgrade the nightclub - in my experience upgrade before expansion! - i even won't buy a new business unless i have 2mio spare to upgrade it with staff&equipment!) then you already did a big mistake with buying the nightclub to early and you should spend your efforts to getting the missing businesses and upgrade them as they are more profitable than the nightclub! - the nightclub just adds up and is smooth and nicely automatic wich makes it kinda a bonus for all your other efforts! ;-) - the nightclub on it's own isn't that profitable compared to the others and only gets anywhere near profitable if you can use it to it's full potential! - so if you only have hanger, bunker and coke get cash&meth next (cash has cheaper upgrades while meth has the most expensive ones! - so get cash ready first!)
and just watch this, if you expand your businesses without upgrading the last one, it's producing slower and less profitable than it could and thus you wasting money - especially if you buy less profitable businesses wich is just natural to go for the most profitable first! ;-) - as your new business adds time, money and effort in while your other business is not running to it's full potential - this way you get into a devil circle and propably even broke! - so get your upgrades for all you have and then expand what you still haven't and grind consequently inbetween! - seriously, stop wasting time&money at stupid steps and complain about being low on cash - there are more than enough guides out there that tell you how to do it best&most efficient! - just listen!
Here is what you need for grinding: Buzzard attack helicopter and an Armored Kuruma - in 2019 still the only Necessitys!
Cargobob is QoL (but hella boring too...)
Insurgend Pickup Custom QoL
Hydra or Lazer QoL (with a hanger in Fort Zancudo you can just steal them!)
seriously, just stop wasting money and i promise you, after ~48h near perfect grind you are all set up! - and you could even leave it running while you're not playing! - only all 2:20 it needs resupply, that's a downer - but maybe you can utilize remote software to restock it from work or school ;-) (wellcome in 2019, where you can waste your electricity on farming virtual cash xD)

Just over 40K/hour with optimal input. Not much.
