IMHO you are making us dig WAY too hard to try to figure out your point. Can you spell out exactly what it is you think R* is doing to violate their own EULA? We don't want copy/paste quotes - we want to hear your opinion on what you think the problem is.

In what way are they exploiting the software? It is their software. You are licensing it...

Generally speaking, what is your point? You don't make much sense and quoting a part of the EULA doesn't convey that you understand the content.
