when youre in a lobby got to task manger, got to performance, then open resource moniter at the bottom left then find gta v, suspense gtaV.eve for about 10-15 seconds then resume it. youll be in a lobby on your own. If youre money grinding add me and Ill inv you to my empty lobbies and you can do whatever you want and Ill leave you be.

the only way to play online is make a single game or friends only ,otherwise you will get banned not that you done anythink wrong just that is so called game company love banning not guilty ones

Go to Settings/Online -> invite only session (but lots of activities are locked)
You can do Cayo alone like that.

Or open Network Ressources Monitor and suspend gta5.exe for 10s -> here you go, everybody is gone from your lobby (but it's public so people can still join after).
Someone is attacking you during a mission ? Just jump in an empty session...
Just don't do it while sourcing an I/E car as CEO, the car will burn (do it before taking the car).

Sometimes, you will have to restart your game, do a BuzzerBeater to remove weapons, or empty that stupid hazardous can but there are solutions ^^

there is a differnce between 1/30 or 2/30 and 30/30.

report them. more reports - more bans. less accounts - less cheaters.

This is the only way I play, I even noticed on my older PC an empty lobby grants me 10-20fps on average too, but be careful when doing this method, people can still randomly spawn into your lobby (mainly as they exit certain missions/heists) but just keep an eye out for the white/colored bubbles on the minimap and hit Z every 5-10 mins, if you see somebody else just do the same trick again to get yourself back into a "private" public lobby

YES .. there are several Apps out there, I use Guardian
The Whitelist lobby feature is not 100% right now due to changes in GTA5, and it seems like there are no plans right now for them to update it (Guardian) BUT you can still use it to create a SOLO LOBBY and then maintain it over time using the "WHITELISTED" Lobby option. Results may very depending on the Firewall App you are using.
If you need help jump on the Creators Discord and he will probably take the time to help you right then and there ... very "cool beanz" Dude.

And I would like to add that if anybody enters your lobby, or attacks you while in a Sell Mission if you see them coming you can either TM them or Guardian "NEW SESSION" (basically the TM thing) them and it WILL NOT INTERRUPT YOUR MISSION in progress.

Not unless you want to be in a solo lobby which sadly isn't an option for some of us who like hanging out with randoms.

On Console if you turn matchmaking off people wont get put in your solo public lobbies. Alternatively if you are with friends everyone needs to turn matchmaking off, but i am not sure if that's the case on PC as i have not tried it so you could try that but I cant say it will work.

This somehow still persists even before the game giveaway on Epic store, 8/10 lobby with more than 15+ ppl will consist of 1-2 hackers. Well. I guess GTA V Online and hackers everywhere is the image of this game that Rockstar didn't even care about. Solo private lobby is the only option here, even for myself too.

as great and wild as this game is, its just as poor with hacker/modders. Rockstar just are powerless in fixing it. doubt they really care but i wont buy Rockstar again. this is prevalent throughout all online games. people with no skill or talent , its the only way they can play.

There's not much you can do, just hope that you're lucky that the cheaters you encounter are quiet and only mess with people who cause problems directly towards themselves.
Simply, don't make yourself a target to those people and learn to look out for suspicious players; weird names, ranks, watching their player icon teleport, if they're generally suspicious, ect.

Just be careful. If there's a cheater screwing with the session, leave and find a new lobby. Don't bother sticking around, if you do. Don't bother trying to talk with them or complain about them, they're looking to bait people. Simply wait it out and don't react, they're like children with short attention spans and would get bored fairly easily.

Apart from that, just find a new lobby

We have been reporting the same "god mode / teleport anywhere / spawn stuff you are not supposed to be able to spawn" people for weeks with 3+ people and the very same people are still very much not banned and still joining our lobbies.

Public lobbies that is which we are forced to play in, doing stupid fetch quests which are designed to annoy us until we give in and shove money up Rockstar's rich asses by buying shark cards.

The "pause process equals empty lobby" trick doesn't really help a lot when the missions are designed to be done in teams. As soon as your team re-joined, the cheating kids join back in due to Rockstar's wonderful "matchmaking" which puts level 60 players with a 0.2 k/d ratio in the same lobby with level 3000 players with a 12.0 k/d ratio (totally legit of course).

This is what this game is and Rockstar has clearly demonstrated that this is how they want it to be. They want people to be toxic. More frustration equals more shark card sales. This is how capitalists think and no discussion in any forum will change that.
