If I knew I was about to face alot of rain, and maybe some dirt roads aswell, (like Human Labs deliver emp setup) I would probably pick the Issi Sport. Atleast, from my garage.

If it had to be a car, that is. A Bati would just sprint ahead doing wheelies anyway, regardless of weather.

I agree with the comment above, issi sport is capable in all weather and also great offroad.
Flash GT, Comet Safari, Omnis etc are also fine, any rally type car.
Note. Dont use stock spoilers if a car comes with one as they do nothing, use any spoiler except stock for extra traction

The absolute best car in the game is the Benefactor Krieger. It will climb mountains. Best off road vehicle as well. It's insane good. It will climb anything in the game better than anything let alone rain. It will climb the steepest parts of the game with ease.

Tested the worst driving in game and it always is insane best. On max upgrades it's almost impossible to break and is so good.

Just my 2 cents.

I vote it as the best overall car you can get. The handling is same or better than the open wheels.

It's not the highest top speed but it's up there and the car overall is priceless.
