GTA V starts stuttering on GTX 1650 after playing for a few days

I have Legion Y540 - 8GB RAM - GTX 1650 4GB.
I get a consistent 60 fps whenever I reset my PC and install GTA V, with no graphics issues. After a few days though, it starts stuttering and lagging. And this keeps worsening until I reset my PC again.
I am running GTA V on max settings (all settings optimized by GeForce Experience).

Please tell me what to do. I can't keep resetting my PC to play my fav game.

Your PC could be using it's onboard video card to run the game. Try these instructions to make sure your PC is using your nvidia card when playing games. This tends to always become a issue when playing games on a laptop. this setting fixes that

This method decreased the frequency of the stuttering, but still doesn't completely eliminate it :(

Try deleting your settings.xml located in your documents folder in the rockstar folder. then us geforce experience to optimize the game settings for you. see what that does for you
