Rockstar banned me for online gta when the modder was giving me money but i was afk!!
I mailed them rockstar support but they just told me "We will respond as quickly possible"!
So now i cant play gta online but it was only like 10 milion so like thats a nightclub not anything much right? it was because iwas afk and he gave me money i tried to leaveto single players but it just saying im error for trans action
please i said to him i am not wanting money and i am afk but he didnt stop when i said i will get baned

your best bet is to stop playing offline
or create a new character unfortunately
cooperating and using said cheated money could be considered being a friend of the modder and encouraging them
I went through something similar, the best way is to avoid modders by either force quitting through shift + tab or finding new session from ONLINE section of pause screen
to tell if they are in fact a modder, check for unusual behavior
instant teleportation, turning into animals, spawning illegal vehicles (cargo plane, blimp, etc)
and lobby bombing (where everyone in a lobby instantly gets exploded)
you can also avoid by taking advantage of solo public sessions using the cr@ppiness of r*s servers

Yes, these idiots expect you to control what other players are doing, and if you're not then you'll get a ban or a reset...
It's like whole team would be banned from a server in Counter Strike cause 1 person in that team was cheating.

You totally deserved the ban.
Any money you scrounched from a cheater is modded money.
By asking for it, you broke the TOS, as it wasn't unwillingly received.

There is no legit way to give another player money.
These have been patched out years ago (and never involved millions anyway).

But you willingly asked for modded money, which is against the TOS, thus your ban is justified.
