That’s entirely incorrect for GTA Online. Mods are fine in offline, but using an altered version of any sort online is a big no-no and likely to result in harsh punishment.
it's for your own good. don't try to mod the online.
you're pretty lucky they actively block you from doing it or else you'd be banned by now.
Yeah you can’t “roll the dice” since they’re doing you a favor by blocking you from going online with mods.
It doesn’t matter which mods you have, you get banned if you take them with you online.
