Should i upgrade my Bunker staff?

If you want to use bunker, yeah, upgrade it. Only security upgrade might not be relevant if you do 1 vehicle sales (buy supplies, sell when they produce).

Upgrades are not only for production speed. It also increases goods value, capacity and production efficiency. Tldr just buy both staff and equipment.

Depends entirely what you want to do with the bunker.
If you want to make money or get weapon upgrades without spending money then you should get the staff upgrade.

If you want the vehicle and weapon upgrades as fast as possible and don't mind paying a few millions then don't bother getting the staff upgrade and just pay $225K for each of the ugrades.

Buy staff and equipment upgrade, never even touch the security one since it's useless, always buy supplies and deliver once they're done, never buy more than 1 supply before selling, since you can solo the sell mission that way, while the bunker is doing it's job just source special vehicles and only sell the most expensive ones.
