edit - also possible you could find the uninstaller from an older version (if it isn't already in the original downloaded archive you used to install - maybe in the optionals folder) - assuming the creator kept using the 'same' files and didn't expand. Regardless, for .oiv modifications - verify cache generally fixes. Pop'n back in - after you verify the game? Or when you launch it? After verifying - something definitely opening/monitoring (unless using a 'mods' folder - then those aren't touched). After launching, something wasn't completely removed - may also find something in generic program/uninstall - including uninstalling openiv.
*should be 100% zero reason for anything to 're'appear in a vanilla/clean gtav folder.
If someone pulled that garbage on me - I guarantee I'd never use that mod ever again.
These files
d3d11.dll
d3dcompiler_64e.dll
enbseries
enblocal
enbseries.dll
timecyclesmod.asi
timecyclemods
then Verify the game they seem to pop back in no matter what I do so I can't play online as Mod get you banned no matter if there just graphics mod.
