Why do the NPCs ALWAYS crash into you?

Like I am in my lane and this NPC changes lanes to mine or I would overtake em and they would turn left or right in a straight lane only. Wtf? Do people not know how to drive in Los Angeles and the game made it like this?

Its highly rigged not just AI behaviour, car controls, physics... those "..." devs designed it to ruin your experience in every way. It was very nice game around 2015 later this "..." decided to ruin it.

It always acted the same. AI just gets triggered by various stuff like NPCs shooting you in a chase. There was 0 change even with I/E update, people simply started seeing damage numbers and started placeboing.
