Story Mode Death Wish Mission Glitched.

Before starting the final mission, Lester asks you to go to his house. Every time I drive to his, the game crashes. I tried using a taxi to get there, but that just left the game in an even more horribly glitched state where I was unable to progress or do anything. Please someone help with this issue! I've wasted so much time on this play through, I don't want it all to go away just because of a glitch right at the end.
