Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack Help

I first started playing gta online a long time ago and i wasted the 1 mil the game gave me cause i was dumb and didnt understand anything. Now i was wondering is there a way to reset or delete my online account/character so that i could get the criminal enterprise starter pack again and start the game as if i just hopped online for the first time.

No, sorry. Deleting your character and starting a new one just resets your rank and removes everything you own, the money that comes with that pack will only be given once.

You want my tip? Buy an arcade and start farming the casino heist. Not hard to do and nets you alot of money. Untill you can afford it though, try doing heists and missions also keep your spendings in check, you dont wanna waste money.

Cayo heist is way more noob friendly, better go for that. Making 1mil, which comes with that pack, these days takes barely any effort.

however the past characters money stays, and rank is optional

If you mean the money in the bank, yes, as it is shared between the 2 characters you can have, that will remain if you delete a character. Same goes for stats like k/d and wins/losses in races, DM and such. Cash money will be lost too though.
