wdym by claim it? its unlocked in game automatically. the properties you purchase "for free" from the website on your in game phone.

I dont see it either. Downloaded the game 4 days ago and theres nothing free. Cant claim cars because I dont have a garage and dont know where to get it. No free property wherever I look... Someone said the 1 million is available only after 7 days of creating a character

Go to GTA in your library and right click, go to properties and then DLC tab. If it is checked, uncheck it and recheck it, and restart steam. If it wasnt checked, check it and done. (hopefully)
